Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

      Advance Notice: Customers can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time 95% of advance payment will be refunded.
      Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time 80% of advance payment will be refunded.
      Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time 100% of the advance amount will not be refunded.
      No-Show: If the customer does not show up at the designated pick-up location within 90 minutes from the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the advance amount will not be refunded.

1.2 Cancellation by Coimbatoretaxis

      In rare circumstances where we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen events such as vehicle breakdowns, driver unavailability, or adverse weather conditions, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
      In such cases, customers will be given the option to reschedule the ride at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refunds

      Advance Cancellations: Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a refund of the advance amount as per our cancellation policy.

2.2 Non-Eligible Refunds

      Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.
      No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

2.3 Refund Process

      To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team within 2 days of the scheduled ride. Refund requests can be made by:

      Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking

3. Modifications to Booking

3.1 Changing Booking Details

      Customers can modify their booking details (e.g., pick-up time or location) up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
      Modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
      In case of modifications due to unavoidable circumstances, please try to inform us at the earliest.

3.2 Extending the Ride

      In case of opting to a different route, due to any road blocks or natural calamities, additional charges will be applied based on the distance and time. If a customer wishes to extend the ride beyond the original drop-off location or drop time, the additional fare will be calculated based on the extra distance and time. Payment for the extended ride must be settled at the end of the journey.
